Understanding Our RON Services

Our Remote Online Notarization (RON) platform allows you to securely notarize documents from anywhere using a phone, tablet, or computer. Each session takes place through a live video meeting where identity verification, document signing, and notarization are completed in real time.

All fees listed on this page are starting prices and may vary depending on the details of the notarization. Additional fees may apply, including $10 per additional signer, $10 per additional notarial stamp, and $10 per witness when required.

Final pricing will be confirmed during the notarization session based on the documents and services needed.

General Notary Work (GNW) is ideal for common documents such as affidavits, powers of attorney, sworn statements, and business agreements that require notarization.

Seller Loan Signing is designed for real estate sellers completing closing documents such as deeds, settlement statements, and title or escrow forms required during a property sale.

Buyer Loan Signing is used for mortgage closings and includes signing the loan package, promissory note, closing disclosures, and other lender-required documents.

All notarizations are conducted through a secure platform with identity verification, credential analysis, and a recorded session to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Payment is collected during the notarization session, and once a session has started, all services are non-refundable.

Before your session begins, please have a valid government-issued ID, your documents ready for signing, and a stable internet connection.
